For sale- 1997 Honda Accord LX Sedan. 2.2 liter 4 cyl engine, 4-spd Automatic transmission. Currently has 200,000 miles and my wife drives it daily. Extremely clean on the interior. Exterior- there is NO rust. Does have superficial scratches and a dent on the R front fender. Mechanically speaking, the vehicle had the timing belt and water pump done at 145,000 miles. Honda recommends that they be changed every 80 to 90 thousand miles. Main oil seal replaced around 10,000 miles ago. The check engine light has been on for the last 5,000 miles. My mechanic reported that he needs an oxygen sensor but it is fine to drive. Just that it would need to get replaced before the next emissions test. Emission completed/passed on 8/8/09. Brakes done at around 180,000. Tires at 157,000. Also the muffler/exhaust needs to be replaced. I am the original and only owner and have kept up on the maintenance of the car. No accidents. Great first time car of a beginning driver or college student. Great on gas mileage(30 MPG). KKB lists the vehicle for private party resale at 3,400.
