Our beautiful home which we designed but never moved into must be sacrificed. We designed it so we could work 3 days in the City and work from our home office, 2 1/2 hrs confortable drive from Manhattan, and enjoy the seasons. Our house is custom designed with 3 bedrooms and possibly more, wood floors, cathedral ceiling, loft space and a walk out basement and 2 porches. On 3 acres of land and beautiful south west exposure- very bright. Built on a town maintained road and close to the road so no need for a lot of snow shoveling. Low taxes and low electicity costs. Now for obvious reasons we need to put it on the market and we are very motivated! Originally budgeted at $400 K we are desperate and need to sell for $249,999! The kitchen appliances have not be purchased or installed yet.
