Academic Performance:
Through this yoga program arkrish-yog will teach children techniques to sharpen
their focus by quieting the mind will creates a subtle motivation to learn.

Self-Esteem, Self -awareness and Self-discipline:
Children who attend all the sessions will learn early on to tune into their bodies .
As children transition through postures and try new poses, the relationship between
their mind and body evolves, allowing them to trust their own instincts.

Balance Emotional Reduce Fears:
The breathing technique that the children learn through yoga will increase and
channel energy ,when necessary ,and decrease anxiety

arkrish- yog will teach children to have fun and move their bodies in a con-competitive environment. Yoga isnt about being right or wrong, or being best or worst. It is about bringing unity to ones own life. Children can work together to help each other reach this goal.
