November is National Adoption month and our Department is looking to you to help us celebrate families who are created through adoption! The Heart Gallery is a photo art display featuring remarkable children and youth in state care who need an adoptive family. Volunteer professional photographers give their time and talent in capturing each child's and youth's personality in a photograph portrait. The Heart Gallery is scheduled for display at the below sites during the month of November: The First Cathedral 1151 Blue Hills Avenue, Bloomfield, CT from 11/1/08 -11/15/08.
